Newly remodeled pool home will welcome you to the desert with its fresh look and airy feel. BRAND NEW kitchen, pool, and spa are guaranteed to delight. 4BD/3BA with 2 Master Suites will surely satisfy adults looking for a bit of privacy away from the rest of the group (or the kids).
There are 2 spacious master bedrooms w/ king beds. Each with en-suite bathrooms and on opposite sides of the house. 2 additional bedrooms w/ queen beds share a hallway bathroom. The living space ties right into your kitchen and dining space for and easy and comfortable flow.
Backyard is complete with dining area, a hammock, and a fun grassy area for kids to play.
You will have exclusive use of the entire property. Treat it as if it's your own home. Enjoy the amenities of a hotel, but the comforts of a home.
Pool heat is $65 per day. If you choose to pay for pool heat, the pool will be heated up to 87º and runs 7AM-7PM. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.
Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)

This was the perfect house for two families and a long weekend away. Lots of space for the dogs and kids to play outside, great pool and good layout inside. Would certainly return in the future!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house had everything we needed and had great modern style. Our host was quick to respond and made our quarantining stay the best possible. We especially enjoyed the wonderful pool and hot tub. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you!

This beautiful home is wonderful and one of the best Airbnb's I've every stayed at! Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, many cooking amenities, relaxing pool and backyard and easy check in and check out. I definitely felt very peaceful and relaxed after my stay. I'll definitely be staying here with my family again in the future.
