Everyone was super proactive and easy to work with

If you're looking for a quiet place with a huge yard and the perfect soaking pool look no further. Located at the north end of Palm Springs it's still in comfortable walking distance to amenities and shops. The AC works great, the kitchen is fantastic, and you won't find a more pleasant stay.

My family and I spent this week at tranquil Padua Pad and had such an amazing experience. To start off the beautiful home decor gives you a sense of luxury and relaxation at the same time. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are extremely comfortable, we all slept like babies with the very comfortable beds and pillows. The home provides so much entertainment, televisions with a variety of streaming networks, an extensive library of boardgames and of course the pool and spa provide fun for all, especially the kids. The outside grill and fire pit allowed us to spend relaxing evenings while enjoying the beautiful Palm springs sky. Thank you Tranquil Padua Pad for providing such a marvelous experience. We can't wait to visit again!

A wonderful stay, we enjoyed the condo, and the complex.. We are returning next year for a month, this year we could only stay 2 weeks, very pleased with our stay, a trip we will remember.

Quick response time. Also, we were thankful that checking in on a Sunday allowed us to do it over email instead of making the extra stop to the office to fill out paperwork.

Our family of five (three young boys) and two dogs really enjoyed the property, especially the pool! The casita space was nice to put the dog crates in for them to sleep. I know that the noise ordinance in Palm Springs is very tight (no noise 10 am - 10 pm) and we have been in other places in the area where the neighbors were very strict about this, but this property was very private so we didn't feel like we had to tiptoe around all morning (hard to do with three boys and two dogs). We will return!

communication with the working team members was very easy and they got back to me within the hour as the profile says. im pleased to have felt heard when the wifi wasnt working and glad they were able to set up an appointment to get it fixed. my only surprise was that i wasnt given a specific time on when the wifi employee was showing up and it was very early and woke me up which i wouldve loved a time warning but it wasnt too bad of a thing to really complain about.

i really enjoyed my stay at Lil Pink. I would say that the bed for my taste was a little too soft and did make my back hurt but i would still stay there again because i enjoyed the nature surroundings, isolation for people and had a relaxing time watching the sunset in the hot tub.

Our second month long stay at Luring Palm Oasis was excellent. There have been significant enhancements to the pool deck and backyard and the addition of new larger hot tub. The house makes great use of space and offering 5 beds and 4 baths is ideal for our group. Ryson makes using the house easy and the digital portal in the home offers reminder prompts and all needed details. As an owner of vacation rental property I was impressed with this tech and how it makes the experience smooth and informed. The house lives larger than it appears in photos and offers all a group would need for sort or longer stays. We have already booked our 3rd stay here - that says it all.

Ryson, the property manager was so kind and helpful! When I had trouble getting the spa to work, I called for help and resolved the problem immediately.

My family loves staying at the Tranquil Padua Pad so much we had to come back. The second time was just as nice. Such a comfortable, relaxing place to unwind. The backyard is a great place to hang out together in the pool and hot tub. The beds are more comfortable than our own back home, and theres a TV in every room. Cant wait to come back again!

Thanks for having us check in over email (Vs in person) due to the holiday. It all went super smoothly and we felt there was clarity to all the communication before hand and all the info at the book in the house.

Had a wonderful experience working with Jason Watters. He made this last minute get-away so easy and accommodating. Jason is the reason why I can't imagine using any other rental company then Ryson Management. If I had a home in Palm Springs I would use Ryson to manage my home. The experience as a renter was first class.

Pleasurable experience!

The feeling upon first walking into the Tranquil Padua Pad was one of amazement and delight. The interior is modern and perfectly maintained and cleaned. When I look around I see so many things I wish I had in my own home. The best part for my family and I was the pool and hot tub! At night, you can look through the sliding glass door from the master bedroom and watch the pool changing colors, enticing you back in for another refreshing dip! My family and I can't wait for our next vacation at the Tranquil Padua Pad! Thank you!
